Abstract_Chinese:钢筋混凝土复合保温墙板是一种新型的装配式复合墙板, 施工方便, 符合钢结构住宅产业化需求.通过对2块带连接件的钢筋混凝土复合保温墙板的抗弯承载力试验, 得到该板在100 m、150 m、200 m正反风压作用下墙板本身受力与变形情况, 考察其使用过程的工作性能, 同时, 加载至钢筋混凝土复合保温外墙板失去承载能力, 考察带连接件墙板在实际工作条件下的承载能力.采用ABAQUS有限元软件对装配式符合墙板试验过程进行数值模拟, 经过对比发现, 模拟效果良好, 为开裂荷载和参数化分析提供基础.试验结果与有限元分析结果均表明:装配式复合墙板的抗风性能优越.
Abstract_English:The reinforced concrete composite insulation wall plate is a new kind of fabricated composite plate with the advantage of convenient construction,and meets the demand of steel structure Housing Industrialization. Through the bending bearing capacity test of 2 reinforced concrete composite insulation panels with connecting parts,the stress and deformation of the panels were obtained to investigate its working performance under the 100 m、150 m and 200 m forward and inverted wind load. The reinforced concrete composite insulation wall plate was loaded until its load-bearing capacity was lost,and the bearing capacity of the wall plate with connecting parts under actual working conditions was investigated. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the experiments,and after comparison it was concluded that the simulation effect was good. It lays the foundation of parametric analysis and cracking load analysis. The result of experiment and finite element analysis shows that the wind resistance performance of the fabricated composite panel is outstanding.
