Abstract_Chinese:通过设计交互正交试验, 以接头的拉伸载荷和信噪比为评价指标, 对铝/钛异种金属超声波焊接参数进行工艺优化. 以焊接能量、振幅、压力为参数, 设计成三因素、三水平的L27交互影响正交试验. 并对试验结果进行极差和方差分析、F验证和试验验证. 结果表明:焊接参数主次顺序为能量>振幅>压力, 其对拉伸载荷的贡献率分别为86%、8%、4% ; 获得最大拉伸载荷的工艺参数组合为能量950 J、振幅75 μm、压力0.552 MPa(A3B2C2); 获得最稳健拉伸载荷工艺参数组合为能量900 J、振幅70 μm、压力0.621 MPa(A1B1C3).
Abstract_English:In this study,through designing orthogonal test and using the tensile load of joints and signal-to-noise ratio as the evaluation indices,the process of ultrasonic welding parameters for Al/Ti joints was optimized. Using welding energy,amplitude and pressure as welding parameters,an interaction effect L27 orthogonal test with three factors and three levels was designed. The experimental results were analyzed by analyses of range and variance,F test and test verification. The results show that the values of different welding parameters can be presented as energy>amplitude>pressure and their percentage contributions are 86%,8% and 4% respectively; the process parameters combination of the largest tensile load is energy 950 J,amplitude 75 μm and pressure 0.552 MPa (A3B2C2); the process parameters combination of the most robust tensile load is energy 900 J,amplitude 70 μm and pressure 0.621 MPa(A1B1C3).
