Abstract_Chinese:钢管混凝土柱的耐火性能研究已有相当的基础, 但是方钢管混凝土组合异形(SCFRT)柱的防火研究尚属空白.对于SCFRT柱结构, 目前不具备既经济又安全的防火涂料合理设计方法, 本文采用蒸压轻质加气混凝土(ALC)板进行保护, 并对其进行耐火性能试验研究.试验结果表明, 采用ALC防火板保护的组合异形柱可满足防火规范中对于一级耐火等级柱构件的耐火极限要求; 防火板温度大大滞后于炉膛温度的升高, 体现出了ALC板良好的防火性能; 异形柱的钢管柱虽截面较小, 但其内填混凝土仍具有一定的吸热作用; 该防火板外包下, 异形柱各单肢柱间形成空腔, 空腔对内部柱子有一定隔热保护作用; 试验中异形柱和连接板件等结构构件温度均低于角钢连接构件, 且一直处于较低温度状态下, 结构整体体现出良好的耐火性能.该试验温度测点布置细致, 得到异形柱在同一横截面的近似温度分布, 为进一步的有限元分析奠定了基础.
Abstract_English:The research on fire resistance of concrete filled steel tubular columns has a considerably solid basis,but the fire prevention research on special-shaped concrete filled rectangular steel tubular(SCFRT)column still remains blank. After extensive investigation,it is found that there is no reasonable design method of fireproof coating for SCFRT column. In this paper,the autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC) board was applied to fire protection,and the fire resistance experiment on SCFRT column insulated with ALC board was carried out. Test results show that: the SCFRT column insulated with ALC board can meet the requirements of the specification for the first grade refractory component; the temperature rise of the fire plate greatly lags behind that of the firepot temperature,showing that the ALC board has good fire resistance behavior; although the section of SCFRT column is small,the concrete inside has a certain heat absorption capacity; under the protection of ALC board,cavities are formed between the mono columns,which have a protective effect on the interior column; the temperature of structural members is lower than that of the connecting members,with the former in a low temperature state,and the overall structure has good fire-resistant performance. The arrangement of temperature measuring points is detailed,and the overall approximate temperature distribution of SCFRT column in the same cross section is obtained,which lays foundation for further finite element analysis.
