本发明涉及一种肌醇六磷酸的分析检测方法,用三价铁离子将碳点荧光猝灭,然后加入肌醇六磷酸样品,荧光被恢复,随着待测样品浓度的增加,恢复的荧光发生由弱到强的变化,实现定性和定量的检测.
本发明涉及一种燃料乙醇生产中回收再利用纤维素酶全组份的方法。在木质纤维素同步糖化发酵工段后利用耦合新鲜底物重吸附和固定化纤维二糖酶工艺回收再利用纤维素酶全组分的方法,属于生物液体燃料领域。步骤是1)制备纤维二糖酶固定化小球置于反应器中;2)同步糖化发酵工艺结束后,固液分离,筛出固定化酶颗粒,重复利用;3)滤液中加入新鲜木质纤维素底物,一段时间后再次固液分离,固体加入新鲜培养液,与固定化酶一同用于新一批次同步糖化发酵工艺。

本发明涉及一种多功能乳酪蛋白活性肽的集成制备方法。本发明以乳酪蛋白为原料,采用蛋白酶进行水解,采用4~6kDa超滤膜将各种活性肽从反应体系中分离出来;再采用1~2kDa超滤膜进行分级;根据磷酸肽主要带负电荷,而抑菌肽带较多正电荷,采用离子交换层析进行分离可同时获得抑菌肽、磷酸肽和降压肽,采用喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥获得各种活性肽产品。最后采用液质联用对磷酸肽、抑菌肽和降压肽进行序列鉴定。本发明最大限度地开发利用乳酪蛋白水解产物,解决当前仅制备单一种类活性肽造成资源浪费、活性肽生产成本高的现有工艺问题。
