个人简介
博士生导师,中共党员,九三学社社员。现任中国菌物学会理事,中国微生物学会教学工作部副主任委员,中国微生物学会真菌学专业委员会副主任委员,中国生物化学与分子生物学会基因专业委员会委员,天津市微生物学会理事。微生物学通报编委,中国真菌学杂志编委。《微生物学》国家精品课和精品资源共享课负责人。获宝钢优秀教师奖,天津市教学名师,天津市师德先进个人,天津市优秀本科论文指导教师,获南开大学敬业奖教金一等奖、南开大学优秀教师二等奖及南开大学优秀博士学位和硕士学位论文指导教师称号。获天津市教学成果二等奖和南开大学教学成果一等奖多项。指导的研究生先后15人获国家奖学金,6名分获南开大学优秀博士和硕士学位论文,5名获南开大学优秀毕业生;指导的本科生2名获天津市优秀本科论文。先后主持国家自然科学基金9项,教育部课题3项,“863”子课题1项,天津市支撑项目和重点基金8项,获天津市技术发明二等奖。研究方向是白念珠菌信号转导途径中重要因子的功能研究,特别是这些关键基因在白念珠菌的形态发育、致病性和耐药性中的作用及其分子机制。已在国内外期刊发表论文170余篇,其中SCI论文80余篇;出版论著11部,译著6部,已授权国家专利12项。
研究方向
1. 人类病原真菌致病的分子机制:白念珠菌信号转导途径中重要因子的功能研究,特别是毒力相关因子,研究这些关键基因在白念珠菌的形态发育、致病性和耐药性中的作用及其分子机制。
2.. 功能性纳米材料的构筑及其生物应用的研究。
科研成果
做为项目负责人先后主持国家自然科学基金9项,教育部课题3项,“863”子课题1项,天津市支撑项目和重点基金8项,作为主要负责人参加多项国家级和省部级项目。获天津市技术发明二等奖。在国内外核心刊物发表论文170余篇,其中SCI论文80余篇;出版论著11部,译著6部,已授权国家专利12项。2006年获天津市技术发明二等奖。
