研究方向:
肿瘤的免疫治疗及免疫逃逸机制。
1.B细胞与炎症性结肠癌的发生发展。通过研究炎性信号对B细胞的长期刺激,揭示调节性B细胞表型发生变化的机制。
2.基于B细胞的肿瘤疫苗:通过靶向肿瘤相关抗原至B细胞,不但诱导抗肿瘤抗体产生,而且增强体内抗原特异性T细胞的杀伤能力,达到抗肿瘤效果。
