2003年于四川大学吴玉章学院(原创新班学院)四川大学-华盛顿大学联合创新班获理学学士学位;2006年于四川大学生命学院获动物学硕士学位;2012年于北京大学分子医学研究所获生理学博士学位;2012-2015年于北京大学分子医学研究所、北大-清华生命科学联合中心(周专实验室)从事博士后研究,2016年获北京大学优秀博士后。2015年入选西安交通大学‘青年拔尖人才’计划,2018年获教育部自然科学一等奖(第三完成人),2019年获陕西省****基金,2019年获贝时璋青年生物物理学家奖,同年入选国家级人才,2020年获陕西省青年科技奖,2021年获批陕西省科技创新团队,目前担任生物系主任、线粒体生物医学研究所神经科学研究中心主任、中国生物物理学会神经生物物理分会副主任、秘书长,中国生物物理学会科普委员会委员,中国老年学学会衰老与抗衰老科学委员会委员、CAMPUS Asia Project(亚洲校园计划)学术委员会委员,中国神经修复学会精准治疗分会委员,Neuroscience Bulletin青年编委,科普中国特聘专家,陕西省细胞生物学会理事。
主要研究方向包括:1)神经分泌与囊泡循环的调控机制,2)突触传递与突触可塑性的调控机制,3)分泌相关神经疾病(帕金森病、精神分裂症、成瘾、痛)的病理机制。实验室拥有电生理(膜片钳记录、sniffer patch、UV-flash、钙成像)、电化学(微碳纤电极细胞/脑片/in vivo水平的实时记录、微透析-HPLC分析)、生物成像(confocal、TIRF、two photon、电镜等)、光遗传、行为学及分子生化等特色技术手段,在囊泡分泌、内吞及循环的分子调控机制和帕金森病等相关神经疾病的发病机理等方面取得一系列突破性研究进展。在国际权威学术期刊发表研究论文(SCI)32篇,累计影响因子~233;其中,第一/通讯作者论文共计16篇(中科院1区TOP期刊10篇),分别发表在Neuron(2017, Nature Reviews Neuroscience亮点评述;F1000Prime特别推荐),Nature Communications(2018, Movement Disorders亮点评述),PNAS(2019),Nature Communications(2014),EMBO Reports(2016,封面文章),Journal of Cell Biology (2016,同刊发表评述文章对本文进行高度评价),Science Signaling (2017,封面文章,Science亮点评述),Diabetologia(2015,Up front特别推荐论文),Neuroscientists(2020)等期刊上,累计影响因子~119(平均影响因子~7.43)。受邀在《中国大百科全书》第三版中负责《胞吐》、《胞吞》和《胞饮》三个条目的撰写工作。

主要研究方向包括:1)神经分泌与囊泡循环的调控机制,2)突触传递与突触可塑性的调控机制,3)分泌相关神经疾病(帕金森病、精神分裂症、成瘾、痛)的病理机制。实验室拥有电生理(膜片钳记录、sniffer patch、UV-flash、钙成像)、电化学(微碳纤电极细胞/脑片/in vivo水平的实时记录、微透析-HPLC分析)、生物成像(confocal、TIRF、two photon、电镜等)、光遗传、行为学及分子生化等特色技术手段,在囊泡分泌、内吞及循环的分子调控机制和帕金森病等相关神经疾病的发病机理等方面取得一系列突破性研究进展。在国际权威学术期刊发表研究论文(SCI)32篇,累计影响因子~233;其中,第一/通讯作者论文共计16篇(中科院1区TOP期刊10篇),分别发表在Neuron(2017, Nature Reviews Neuroscience亮点评述;F1000Prime特别推荐),Nature Communications(2018, Movement Disorders亮点评述),PNAS(2019),Nature Communications(2014),EMBO Reports(2016,封面文章),Journal of Cell Biology (2016,同刊发表评述文章对本文进行高度评价),Science Signaling (2017,封面文章,Science亮点评述),Diabetologia(2015,Up front特别推荐论文),Neuroscientists(2020)等期刊上,累计影响因子~119(平均影响因子~7.43)。受邀在《中国大百科全书》第三版中负责《胞吐》、《胞吞》和《胞饮》三个条目的撰写工作。

RESEARCH INTEREST
With our expertise on neurobiology, especially electrophysiological recordings (patch clamp, UV-flash, sniffer patch, Ca2+ imaging), electrochemical recordings (amperometric current at quantal, cellular and in vivo level), bio-imaging (confocal, STED, TIRF, two photon, EM), opto-genetic/chemical-genetic stimulation, in vivo virus infection and molecular/biochemical assays, our ongoing research is aimed to address some of the most important questions in the molecular mechanism underlying exocytosis, endocytosis and vesicle recycling during synaptic transmission and in the diseased brain:
1)Mechanisms of vesicle docking, priming and fusion processes, especially the fusion machinery, fusion modes & fusion-pore dilation.
2)Mechanisms of exo-endocytosis coupling, vesicle recycling and the sustained neurotransmission.
3)Synaptic transmission and synaptic plasticity in health and diseased brain, e.g. Parkinson’s diseases (PD), Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and other neural disorders.
