研究领域 - 刘 明Blank9



刘明教授长期从事微纳电子与集成器件方面的研究,如柔性传感、高温压力传感、电磁传感与辐射探测器件等。迄今为止共发表SCI论文113篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表Adv. Mater. 2篇,Adv. Funct. Mater. 1篇,Adv. Sci. 1篇,ACS Nano 1篇,Nano Energy 4篇,Mater. Horiz. 2篇,J. Mater. Chem. A 3篇, IEEEElectron Device Lett. 2篇,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces 8 篇,App. Phys. Lett. 5篇,其中影响因子10以上文章15篇。6篇文章被选做封面发表,1篇文章被Adv. Mater. 选作视频摘要进行重点推介。迄今为止,主持和参与国家自然科学基金、科技部973、陕西省自然基金及企业横向课题11项,同时拥有国内外一流的科研与实验平台。
已毕业8名博士生,分别就职于国内知名高校,如西安交通大学(4)、中科院系统(1)、杭州电子科技大学(1)、陕西科技大学(2,直聘副教授);已毕业5名硕士生,分别就职于华为、清华紫光、长江存储等高新技术企业。同时,课题组与美国、英国、德国等国家的著名高校有广泛合作,为博士与硕士提供联合培养机会,开拓国际视野。
