个人简介
白璐,女,19739月出生,博士,教授,光学专业博士生导师。1996毕业于陕西师范大学物理系获得理学学士学位,2002年毕业于西安电子科技大学无线电物理专业,获得理学硕士学位,2006年毕业于西安电子科技大学无线电物理专业,获得博士学位。2002.11-2003.1年在法国鲁昂大学电磁与光粒子系统实验室(LESP实验室)进行中法先进合作课题的研究工作。2005年被破格晋升为副教授。20106月晋升为教授,2011年,获批光学专业博士生导师。
教学方面,曾主讲多门本、硕士生课程:《大学物理》、《电动力学》、《数学物理方法概论》、《现代应用光学(专题)》等。参与编写了十五国家级规划教材《大学物理学》(高等教育出版社),《大学物理学电子课件》(清华大学出版社出版)的部分章节。2004年获得理学院青年教师讲课竞赛一等奖,2005年获得西安电子科技大学青年教师讲课竞赛一等奖。
科研方面,主持或作为项目组主要成员参与在研及完成的包括国家973863项目、国家自然科学基金等在内的科研项目20余项。在Optics express, Journal of Quantitative Spectroscopy and Radiative Transfer, IEEE Antennas & Propagation Magazine等期刊或国际会议等上发表的相关研究论文已有50余篇被SCI/EI检索。参与撰写了《目标与环境电磁散射特性建模——理论、方法与实现》(国防工业出版社出版)的部分章节。作为主要完成人获得陕西省高等学校科学技术二等奖,陕西省科学技术三等奖各1项。

个人简介

-------复杂地球大气环境与目标光电特性及应用团队
本团队现有教授2人,副教授8人,讲师3人,博士生、硕士生共50余人。依托于无线电理和光学两个学科,拥有英伟达--西电高性能计算联合实验室、中德联合CST仿真实验室、国防工业环境试验与观测网--西安电波观测站,研究方向主要涉及天线散射、涡旋光通信、雷达SAR成像、光电探测等多个领域。
近年来,团队承担了国家自然科学基金、973、863计划、国防重点实验室基金、*科研项目*等多项重要课题,年均经费保持在500万以上,同时与中科院西安光机所、安徽光机所、遥感与数字地球研究所;中电22、36、38所;航天14、207、802所;兵器212所;北京跟踪与通信研究所及上海极地中心等单位保持密切合作关系。团队多次获得省部级奖项,发表SCI、EI检索论文300余篇,编写专著和教材10余部,申请国家发明专利40余项。

Introduction
Curriculum vitae
Bai Lu, was born in Sept.1973, in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China. She attended Shaanxi Normal University, China, in 1992, where she received B.S. degree in physics in 1996. She specialized in radio science, received the M.S. degree from Xidian University, China, in 2002. She received the Ph.D. degree in radio science from Xidian University, China, in 2006. Since 1996, she has been with Xidian University where she is currently Professor of Physics Department, School of Science. She also serves as an advisor for Ph.D. student from 2011. During 2002.11-2003.1, she as a project member of PRA E-007 and went to LESP of ROUEN University in France for study and cooperation. For many years, she has devoted herself to educational and research works in light propagation and lightelectromagnetic scattering of complex objects. In 2005, she achieved the first prize in the 5th prelection contest of Xidian University. Her research interests include: the scattering characteristics of shaped beam by complex systems such as aggregation particles and fractal-like aggregates ,propagation and scattering of electromagnetic waves/light in discrete random medium, laser scattering characteristics detection of space object in the UV band, scattering of random rough surface, bidirectional reflectance distribution function of surface and characteristics of the materials, Non-Line-Of-Sight light scattering communicationet al. Besides, more than forty papers have been published in the international conference and journals at home or abroad in recent years, of many papers have been cited and indexed by SCI, EI and ISTP. She has been undertaken and participated in almost twenty projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. She received the third award of progress of science & technology of Shaanxi province, China in 2010.
Her research interests include: the scattering characteristics of shaped beam by complex systems such as aggregation particles and fractal-like aggregates ,propagation and scattering of electromagnetic waves/light in discrete random medium, laser scattering characteristics detection of space object in UV, scattering of random rough surface, bidirectional reflectance distribution function of surface and characteristics of the materials, Non-Line-Of-Sight light scattering communicationet al.
