王军利,博士,教授,光学工程专业硕士/博士生导师。西安电子科技大学物理与光电工程学院超快光纤激光与微纳光子学课题组长(UFLN,Ultrafast Fiber Lasers and Nanophotonics laboratory)和先进光纤激光与激光微纳制造研究中心(AFL&LMF,Advanced Fiber Laser andLaser Micro/Nano-Fabrication Center)主任。主要研究方向:先进光纤激光光源和激光技术及其应用;先进超快激光微纳制造技术;微纳光子学与微纳光子功能器件;光学超材料与器件;光学感知与光信息处理技术;新型光电功能材料、器件及其应用。

科研团队和学生就业
超快光纤激光与微纳光子学实验室UFLN,Ultrafast Fiber Lasers and Nanophotonics laboratory)。实验室成立于2008年,经过十余年发展,在先进超快光纤激光技术、超快激光微纳制造、非线性光学和微纳光子学等方面积累了丰富的研究、管理经验和扎实的研究基础。具有万级超净室以及完整的光纤激光技术、微纳激光制造研发和测试平台。先进光纤激光微纳制造研究中心(Advanced Fiber Laser andLaser Micro/Nano-Fabrication Center)成立于2020年,属于交叉学科联合团队,现有成员:魏志义(教授、博导)、王石语(教授、 博导)、李檀平(副教授、硕导)、李兵斌(副教授、硕导)、陈鑫(华山精英 副教授、硕导)、陈欢(华山****准聘副教授)。课题组和中科院物理所、澳大利亚国立大学激光中心、新加坡南洋大学、国家纳米中心、西安交通大学、中山大学等国内外研究机构紧密合作,取得了一系列丰硕成果。团队现有博士研究生和硕士研究生10余人。

Prof. PH.D. Junli Wang


个人信息
Professor Junli Wang graduated and got PH.D. in Physical Electronics from The University of Xi\\'an Jiaotong in 2005.He is with the Department of Laser Technology ofSchool of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering at Xidian University.He is the head of theThe Ultrafast Fiber Lasers and Nanophotonics (UFLN) research group.
At present, the research of UFLN covers a range of topics with a balance between fundamental, strategic and applied laser-based research. This includes ultrafast fiber lasers and their applications, advanced laser based micro-nano manufacturing technology, micro-nano photonics, new optoelectronic materials, optical perception and information processing.
The research platform of UFLN includes a 10,000-level ultra-clean room and complete facilities needed for fiber laser design, fabrication and micro-nano laser manufacturing. The awarded grants of the group include 1 general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 National Key Research and Development Project, 1 Open Research Fund of State Key Laboratory, 1 Xi\\'an Technology Transfer Innovation Reform Pilot Project,1 Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The group has also participated in other 10 national projects such as the National Major Instrument Special Projects. The total received funding is more than 3.3 million RMB.
The group members now include 2 professors, 2 associate professors and 11 graduate students. Up to now, 17 students of the group have obtained master’s degree. Among them, 3 have won the third prize of postgraduate innovation achievement exhibition of Shaanxi province, 2 have won the national scholarship for graduate students, 2 have won the second prize of outstanding graduate thesis of Xidian University and 1 has won the outstanding graduate student award of Xidian University.
UFLN has published over 80 papers in SCI journals and top optical conferences, including Nanophotonics (Iinvited paper), Photonics Research , Journal of Material Chemistry C (inside cover paper), Optics Letters,Optics Express, Nanotechnology(IF:3.399), IEEE Journal of lightwave technology, Optical material express and Conference on Lasers and Electro-optics (CLEO), Advanced Solid State Lasers Conference (ASSL) and Nonlinear Optics . The group has applied for 13 Chinese invention patents, including 9 authorized and 1 transferred patent.
