1.基本信息
曹斌云,男,1955年8月生,籍贯陕西周至。西北农林科技大学动物科技学院教授二级岗,动物遗传育种专业博士生导师,主要从事奶羊新品种选育及产业化关键技术研究和推广、大型食草香猪新品种选育及产业化开发工作。担任西北农林科技大学农业农村部奶山羊研究室主任,兼任陕西省人民政府研究室特邀研究员,陕西省人大“三农”咨询专家,陕西省奶山羊产业技术创新体系首席科学家、陕西省羊产业技术创新战略联盟首席专家,国际奶羊产业协会主席,以及国家重大科技研究计划评审专家、国家科技成果评审专家、第二、三届国家转基因安全委员会委员。在国内外发表科研论文160余篇,其中SCI收录论文60余篇,出版专著9部,获批国家发明专利12件,获得省部级特、一、二等教学和科技成果奖9项。有关发展奶羊产业和绿色畜牧业的建议得到前总理温家宝等党和国家领导的重视和批示,发展千亿羊乳产业的建议被陕西省委省政府采纳,在全省实施。被评为全国农业技术推广先进个人,全国宝钢先进教师,陕西省师德先进个人。因在奶羊产业和绿色畜牧业发展方面的成绩,先后受到江泽民、温家宝、李瑞环、吴官正、李岚清、李建国、赵乐际等16位党和国家领导人的接见和鼓励。

奶羊、食草香猪良种选育与产业化配套技术研究与推广。
3.开设课程
长期致力于奶山羊、肉羊、节粮猪的良种选育及畜牧产业化的教学与科研工作,先后承担本科生动物科学导论、畜牧学概论、草食动物生产学等课程教学,为博、硕士研究生讲授动物遗传育种进展、动物生殖原理及技术、畜牧业发展专题等课程。目前已培养硕士研究生40名,博士研究生27名;在读硕士研究生6名,博士研究生8名。
