吕欣,博士,教授、博士生导师,陕西省“高层次人才特殊支持计划”区域发展人才,西北农林科技大学第五届学术委员会委员,院长兼测试中心主任,农业农村部食品质量监督检验测试中心常务副主任,陕西省食品科学技术学会副理事长,陕西省食品产学研协同创新联盟理事长,陕西省检验检测产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长,中国酿酒原料及品质安全研究院副院长。
主持公益性行业(农业)科研专项(首席专家)、国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省农业科技创新项目、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金和陕西中烟工业有限公司重大专项等。发表论文120余篇,申请国家发明专利8项(授权7项,产业化3项)。担任国家人才项目评审专家、国家自然科学基金评审专家、中国农学会成果评价专家、中国微生物学会会员等,《食品科学》青年编委, 《eFOOD》编委。
