2009.5 获西北工业大学管理科学与工程专业博士学位。
1999.9-2000.10 在日本国立福井大学进修经济学。
1997.5获西安理工大学技术经济专业硕士学位。
1991.7获陕西机械学院机械设计与制造专业学士学位。

2010年11月晋升为教授。
2003年11月晋升为副教授。
1997年4月晋升为讲师。
