本人于2003.09-2006.06就读于中国农业大学生命科学实验班, 获理学学士学位;2006.09-2012.06就读于中国科学院植物研究所系统与进化国家重点实验室,获理学博士学位。硕博连读期间,从事稻属群体基因组学研究,以及野生稻两类生态型物种形成机制的探讨。博士毕业后,在中科院植物所系统与进化国家重点实验室任项目科研助理,参与实验室管理和相关科研项目。
2014.01-2019.11进入陕西师范大学生命科学学院博士后流动站,与任毅教授合作,从事耧斗菜与箭竹属的物种分化研究。出站后,留任陕师大生命科学学院,继续从事植物进化生物学研究。


主要研究领域及兴趣
1.以箭竹和黄花蒿等为代表,阐明植物适应性进化与物种形成的机制, 并关注重要代谢途径的分子进化和群体动态;
2.综合利用基因组、转录组、蛋白组、表观遗传学等数据探讨近缘物种分化的遗传机制,筛选参与物种形成的关键基因;
3.关注重要性状在近缘物种分化中的进化动态,结合进化发育学的研究手段,探讨自然选择对该性状的作用机制,以及该性状如何参与物种适应性建立。
