科学研究 Scientific Research

张瑞雪副教授长期致力于研究基于纳米技术的递药体系。通过理性筛选及组合脂质材料、食品工业改良蛋白及多糖,设计构建具有生物相容性可降解的稳定纳米药物载体和制剂,以适用于不同给药途径,从而解决生物制药分类系统中药物在预防和治疗慢性、复发性疾病的问题。目前,研究集中在针对消化系统疾病及生理特点,评估可用于增强药物生物利用率、降低药物毒性,具有修复功能的纳米药物。研究内容主要包括:a)具有协同效应的联合纳米药物的可控释放;b) 脂质和生物聚合物纳米材料在代谢动力、细胞和分子水平的作用机制;c) 提高药物生物利用率的递送方案。
张瑞雪副教授持续在医药学门类期刊发表科研论文,包括Journal of Controlled Release, Nanomedicine-Nanotechnology Biology and Medicine, Nanoscale, Advanced Functional Materials, Nature communications等。2016年同时获得具有国际声望的药物递送奖-CSPS Gattefossé Canada Lipid-based Drug Delivery Award和国家留学基金委颁发的全球500名国家优秀留学生奖。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项、合作主持陕西省重点研发项目1项、国家外国文教专家项目1项。已结题西北工业大学科研部中央高校基础科研基金2项,参与加拿大国立卫生研究院(CIHR)与加拿大乳腺癌基金会(CBCF)研发计划课题2项。
