团队信息 Team Information
所在陕西省语音、图像与信息处理重点实验室于2012年定名为西北工业大学媒体计算与智能感知创新团队并在同年获得“陕西省重点科技创新团队”计划支持。实验室主任,团队带头人张艳宁教授荣获多个国家级人才称号。实验室研究团队的“移动平台环境感知及空天应用国际联合研究中心”获得2015年国家国际科技合作基地,“无人航行实时智能感知与计算技术创新引智基地”获得2016年国家111创新引智基地以及“空天地海一体化大数据应用技术国家工程实验室”获得2017年大数据和互联网+领域国家工程实验室。实验室专家顾问委员会由包括两院院士和IEEE Fellow在内的多名国内外专家组成。实验室拥有一支学术造诣深、学风严谨且年龄结构合理的研究创新团队。
科技奖励方面,所在实验室曾获得多项国家级和省部级奖励。包括国家科技进步三等奖、国防科学技术奖二/三等奖、省部级科学技术一/二/三等奖。实验室与西工大无人机研究所长期保持紧密科研合作,并在智能信息处理,无人机视觉导航以及空间监视方面处于国内领先地位。先后承担了上百项国家级、省部级、国际合作和横向合作项目,经费累计超过1亿元,其中包括国防973、总装预研、国家(国防)高科技863、国家自然基金重点、国际合作项目等。
在学术活动方面,所在实验室作为会议承办者,成功组织了第九届亚洲机器视觉国际会议(ACCV2009)、第五届国际图像图形学术会议(ICIG2009)、2011智能科学与智能数据工程中外交流研讨会(ISCIDE)、2011亚太信号与信息处理协会(APSIPA ASC)峰会和谐人机环境联合学术会议(HHME)、2014年第二届国际橙色计算大会(ICOT)、2015第六届情感计算与智能交互国际学术会议(ACII)、2016多学科交叉计算国际学术研讨会(IWMCC)以及2016生物医学与多媒体计算青年****论坛等多个国内外重要会议,在搭建国际学术交流平台的同时,也进一步扩大了实验室的学术影响力和国际知名度。
在国内外交流方面,所在实验室成为LIAMA(科技部“国家级国际联合研究中心”, 是中国与欧盟开展国际合作的重要桥梁之一)联盟的核心成员,并与清华大学、香港城市大学成立了西工大-清华-香港城大“媒体计算研究三角”,在媒体计算方面开展国际合作与学术交流。除此之外,还和美国伊利诺大学香槟分校(UIUC),新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU)、新加坡国立大学(NUS)、澳大利亚悉尼大学(USYD),新加坡资讯通讯研究院(I2R)、香港中文大学(CUHK)、日本北陆先端科技大学(JAIST)以及芬兰奥卢大学(CMV)相关学科组建立了长期双边合作关系。在信号处理、模式识别、多媒体技术和人机交互方面,同这些国际知名研究机构有着良好的合作关系。



综合介绍 General Introduction
张蓬博士,男,现任西北工业大学计算机学院教授,1978年7月出生,祖籍山东蓬莱。1997年从陕西省物理奥林匹克班(西安交大附中)进入西安交通大学通讯与控制工程系学习,2001获得工学学士学位,后于2001-2006年分别就职于日电株式会社 (NEC) 和葡萄城信息技术有限公司(GrapeCity)担任任射频工程师和软件工程师。2006年通过托福和GRE考试取得优异成绩,进入新加坡南洋理工大学攻读博士学位并获全额奖学金。博士期间的主要的研究方向是视频监控中的行人检测和跟踪,后于2011年通过博士学位答辩获得工学博士学位。2012年,张蓬博士通过海外人才引进西北工业大学计算机学院从事教学科研工作,并破格副教授,后于2017年晋升教授。在学术研究方面,张蓬博士累计发表SCI/EI索引论文近50余篇,其中包括SCI索引国际期刊论文20余篇,EI索引国际会议论文30余篇,其中包括CCF认定的A类会议5篇(ACM MM10/13/14/15 & CVPR2017),同时还有两篇会议论文分别获得2016 Affective Social Multimedia Computing injunction with IEEE International Conference on Multimedia Expo (ICME) "The Most Interesting Paper Award"和2014 IEEE International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP) " Top 10% Paper Award "国际会议论文奖。科研项目方面,主持和参与国家级和省部级科研项目多项,其中主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(**, **)两项,自然科学基金青年基金(**)一项,参与自然基金重点项目和国家863计划各一项。在学术活动方面,担任国际知名期刊 Springer Multimedia Tools and Applications特约编辑,并同时担任IEEE T-IP, IEEE T-CSVT, IEEE T-MM,IEEE T-IFS等多个知名国际期刊审稿专家和ACM MM 2015/2016, ICIP 2011-2016,ICME2010-2016,AVSS2011-2016,ACM MoMM 2013-2016等国际知名会议技术专家组成员,并曾经担任2014 IEEE International Conference on Orange Technology出版主席。除具备较强相关领域研究背景外除具备较强相关领域研究背景外,张蓬博士自2011年起兼任芬兰Mekitec OY的首席科学家和高级研发顾问至今,拥有丰富的大型跨国公司的工作经历和多年的项目研发及实施经验。
