团队信息 Team Information
研究方向依托航空发动机高性能制造工信部重点实验室和航空发动机先进制造技术教育部工程研究中心,研究团队是XX创新团队,主要以国家航空发动机重大型号研制任务为导向,以实现航空发动机关键构件长寿命高可靠制造为目标。团队的独特优势有:
【1】学科优势——航空宇航科学与技术在教育部第四轮学科评估中获评最高档A+学科。西北工业大学航空宇航制造工程是国内首个二级学科(1983年建立),1998年成为我国首批国家级重点学科,在历次国家重点学科评估中位列同类学科第一名。
【2】协作创新——团队与航空发动机领域骨干厂所在长期合作基础上建立了“产学研用”专业化协作自主创新体系。先后与606、624、608、410、430、420、460、331、113等科研院所建立了联合实验室与协作创新平台,合作对象覆盖了航空发动机行业几乎所有的企业,对“军民燃”动力装备提供了技术支撑。
【3】研究基础——团队在航空发动机关键零件制造理论研究、技术开发和型号攻关方面,形成了独特优势,是国内首台中等推力涡扇发动机核心机预研项目主要参研单位、国家X航空发动机预研和型号总指挥系统唯一高校成员、青城发动机项目研制工作先进集体、“111引智计划”航空宇航先进制造技术学科创新基地、“2011计划”先进航空发动机协同创新中心成员、某基础科学中心副组长单位、先进航空发动机协同创新中心副组长单位、某基础研究制造专业组副组长单位。
【4】科研条件——实验室建设有表面完整性与抗疲劳制造研究平台、高效切削与自适应精密加工研究平台、多能场复合加工与制造新技术研究平台、高性能精确成形与无损检测技术研究平台、智能化加工与装配技术研究平台,具备国内先进的科研设备和研究环境。
目前研究团队承担了国家重大科研项目,研究经费充足,欢迎航宇科学、人工智能、机械制造、材料、光学信息领域的有志学子加入团队攻读硕士或博士学位。
