工作经历 Work Experience
张利军，男，汉族，博士学位。1973年8月出生，西北工业大学教授、博士生导师/硕士生导师。
2003年在中国科学院系统科学与数学研究院获得博士学位，同年在清华大学自动化系从事博士后研究工作。
2005年8月在哈尔滨工程大学自动化学院工作，同时破格晋升为教授。
2006年，被评为博士生导师。
2011年调入西北工业大学航海学院工作。
“美国数学评论”评论员；中国控制会议程序委员会委员；
《Control and Automation》杂志编委；国家自然科学基金评审专家；黑龙江省青年骨干教师支持计划入选者；教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者。主要研究方向是语言信号处理理论和非线性系统控制设计理论水下/水面运载体的姿态运动的非线性控制。共承担了包括国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、国防基础研究项目等10余项。其中主持项目6项。在国际著名杂志《International Journal of Control》，《IEEE Transaction on Neural Network》,《Ocean Engineering》等发表论文50余篇，40余篇被SCI和EI收录。为此，两次被邀作为访问****出境访问。2007年成为黑龙江省青年学术骨干支持计划入选者，2012年教育部新世纪优秀人才入选者。

语音信号处理、非线性控制理论及其应用
主持国家自然基金等项目近10项，主要包括：
1、国家自然基金课题
AUV目标跟踪的切换非线性适应控制设计理论与应用研究。
2、国家自然基金课题
一类非线性系统的切换控制研究。
3、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划
多自主水下机器人编队跟踪切换非线性控制研究。
4、教育部博士点基金项目
自主水下机器人切换非线性控制理论及应用研究。
科研成果：
在国际著名杂志《International Journal of Control》，《IEE Proceeding of Control Theory and Application》,《Ocean Engineering》等发表论文50余篇，40余篇被SCI和EI收录；申报、授权专利1项。
