一、基本情况：
宋文刚，男，1964年2月生，二级岗位教授，全国优秀教师，享受国务院颁发政府特殊津贴人员，山东省教学名师，山东省优秀研究生指导教师，山东省高校十大师德标兵提名奖，山东省卫生系统中青年重点科技人才，山东省免疫学会基础免疫学专业委员会副主任委员，泰山医学院免疫学教研室主任。
山东省《医学免疫学》优秀教学团队和精品课程的主持人，首位获山东省教学成果奖二等奖、山东省研究生教育省级教学成果奖三等奖和山东省高等学校实验教学与实验技术成果奖二等奖，山东省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师。
在科学研究、技术推广等方面，主要的研究方向是从事树突状细胞的分化发育的研究工作和原料血浆筛选及凝血因子分离过程效价衰减分析研究，国家973计划项目《肠道黏膜免疫系统发育及其相关疾病的调控机制》学术骨干，主持国家科技重大专项—“重大新药创制”子课题，主持国家自然科学基金项目4项。首位获山东省科学技术奖三等奖和山东省高等学校优秀科研成果奖一等奖。在Cellular Molecular Immunology、Journal of Reproductive Immunology、Oncotarget、Nature Immunology等杂志上发表论文。
