戚良德，男，汉族，1962年10月生，山东沂水人。1981年考入山东大学中文系，1985年毕业并考为该系中国文学批评史专业研究生，师从牟世金先生学习《文心雕龙》，1988年毕业并留校任教。1998年至2001年受聘于韩国建阳大学任教。2007年获得山东大学文学博士学位。先后为山东大学中文系、文学院、文史哲研究院讲师、副教授、教授。现为山东大学儒学高等研究院（文史哲研究院）教授、博士生导师，中国《文心雕龙》学会副会长。



主要研究方向为《文心雕龙》与中国文论，著作有《〈文心雕龙〉与当代文艺学》（中央编译出版社，2012）、《文心雕龙校注通译》（上海古籍出版社，2008）、《文心雕龙学分类索引》（上海古籍出版社，2005）、《文论巨典——〈文心雕龙〉与中国文化》（河南大学出版社，2005）、《国学新读本·文心雕龙》（河南大学出版社，2008）、《刘勰与〈文心雕龙〉》（山东文艺出版社，2004）、《中华传世经典阅读·孟子》（青岛出版社，2009）等。其中《文论巨典》一书获得山东省刘勰文艺评论奖、山东省文化艺术科学优秀成果一等奖。发表有关论文80余篇，多次为《中国古代、近代文学研究》、《高等学校文科学术文摘》、《古籍整理出版情况简报》、《中国古代文学研究年鉴》等全文转载或摘编。山东省地方史志编纂委员会编纂的《山东省志·诸子名家系列丛书》之《刘勰志》（山东人民出版社2010年版）一书，列有专节介绍“戚良德及其三部文心学专著”。目前主持国家社科基金规划项目“百年‘龙学’探究”（2012—2015）。



Professor Qi Liangde was born in Yishui County, Shandong Province, in October 1962. In 1981, he was accepted to Chinese Department, Shandong University (SDU). After completing his undergraduate education in 1985, he studied WenXinDiaoLong as a postgraduate majoring in History of Chinese Literary Criticism, tutored by Professor Mou Shijin. He got his Master’s degree from SDU in 1988 and was appointed to the faculty. He was invited to teach at Konyang University in Korea from 1998 to 2001. In 2007, he was conferred a PhD in Literature by SDU. He served successively as a lecturer, associate professor and professor at Chinese Department, Faculty of Arts, and Institute of Literature, History and Philosophy. He is now a professor at Advanced Institute for Confucian Studies (Institute of Literature, History and Philosophy), SDU and a vice president of China WenXinDiaoLong Society.



Professor Qi Liangde’s research interests lie in WenXinDiaoLong and Chinese classical literary theory and criticism. The representative works include WenXinDiaoLong and Contemporary Literary Research (Central Compilation and Translation Press, 2012), A Revised Annotation and Interpretation of WenXinDiaoLong (Shanghai Classics Publishing House, 2008), Index of Theories on WenXinDiaoLong by Category (Shanghai Classics Publishing House, 2005), Chinese Culture and the Grand Literary Theory: WenXinDiaoLong (He’nan University Press, 2005), Liu Xie and His WenXinDiaoLong (Shandong Literature and Art Press, 2004), Chinese Classics Reading: Mencius (Qingdao Press, 2009), etc. Among these books, Grand Literary Theory was the winner of Liu Xie Literary Criticism Award of Shandong Province and the first prize of Excellent Achievement in Culture and Art of Shandong Province. Professor Qi Liangde has also published over eighty academic articles, which have been reprinted in full or excerpted by Researches in Classical and Modern Chinese Literature, China University Academic Abstracts, A Publication Status Report of Literature Classics Collation, The Almanac of Ancient Chinese Literature Theories, etc. The book, Liu Xie Records (Shandong People’s Publishing House, 2010) of Shandong Province Records: Virtuosos Series compiled by the Local Chronicles Compiling Commission of Shandong Province, has a special section to introduce “Qi Liangde and His Three Monographs of WenXinDiaoLong”. He is now in charge of a project named “An Exploration of the Research of WenXinDiaoLong in the Last Century” (2012-2015) funded by National Social Science Fund.
