研究方向与招生计划
以生物被膜为主要对象,研究海洋微生物群落的菌种组成和生态学功能。运用宏基因组学分析、原位实验以及分子微生物学方法解析了全球海洋微生物细菌的多样性与核心功能,深渊、热液、冷泉等环境下的生物被膜微生物适应机制。已发表SCI论文64篇,包括8篇Nature子刊论文和约30篇Microbiome、Environmental Science & Technology、PLoS Pathogens、mBio、Molecular Ecology、Microbial Ecology、Applied and Environmental Microbiology、Environmental Microbiology、mSystems、Biofouling等微生物学或环境学主流期刊论文。未来研究关注的科学命题是全球气候变化与海洋生物被膜微生物圈(biofilm microbial sphere)的相互作用。招收具有生物信息学或分子生物学背景的博士和硕士研究生。
