科研领域描述：

研究方向主要集中在海洋贝类功能基因组学领域，通过转录组学和基因网络分析技术，鉴别和验证扇贝免疫抗逆、性别分化等相关的关键调控基因，阐明这些基因的表达调控机制。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项，参加国家“十二五”863、海洋公益性行业科研专项等多个科研项目，已发表SCI论文30余篇。
