研究方向

本人主要研究海洋微生物群落的多样性、群落组成及不同微生物类群对环境的响应,并通过分子生物学手段,如基因组和宏基因组学等,对海洋细菌和古菌在海洋元素循环(C、N、P等)中所发挥的生态学作用进行研究。目前以第一作者发表SCI论文5篇(1篇为共同第一作者),参与发表SCI论文5篇,核心期刊论文4篇。
