研究领域神经内分泌疾病
研究方向
神经内分泌疾病包括中枢神经系统内分泌紊乱导致的慢性代谢疾病如肥胖症、厌食症和糖尿病,以及起源于神经内分泌细胞的症状多样复杂且异质性高的神经内分泌肿瘤。本实验室利用多种模式动物和临床样本,结合最前沿的多重单细胞测序、超高分辨率显微镜等技术,采用干湿实验结合的方式,研究神经内分泌疾病发生发展过程中的器官病变、药理学调控、表观遗传和基因组学的动态变化,对疾病的预防、检测和精准个体化治疗具有极为重要的科学价值和临床意义。实验室研究方向包括但不限于以下方向:
1.神经内分泌紊乱:利用小鼠、爪蟾、斑马鱼等模式动物和多重单细胞测序技术研究脊椎动物下丘脑-垂体及肾上腺内分泌紊乱导致的肥胖症的发病机理、器官发育病变以及机体损伤的再生机制,着重关注黑色素皮质激素系统中多个G蛋白偶联受体及其辅助蛋白系统在神经内分泌紊乱疾病发生发展中的系统进化以及药理学调控机制。
2.神经内分泌肿瘤:利用多重单细胞测序和超高分辨率显微镜技术研究神经内分泌肿瘤(如神经母细胞瘤、嗜铬细胞瘤等)发病过程中的肿瘤异质性,着重解析肿瘤内部的免疫微环境,肿瘤干细胞和药物靶向治疗中的染色质动态变化与表观遗传调控机理,同时开展循环肿瘤细胞的临床检测以及精准个体化免疫治疗的转化医学研究。

个人简介
2004年毕业于清华大学生命科学学院,获学士学位。2012年毕业于美国俄勒冈医科大学沃勒姆学院(Vollum Institute),获博士学位。2012至2014年在美国范德堡大学(Vanderbilt University)医学院从事博士后研究。2014年3月起任同济大学生命科学与技术学院教授,博士生导师。先后入选国家青年高层次人才计划,上海高校****(****),上海市青年科技启明星。
张超教授长期从事人体神经内分泌疾病发病机制的研究,以第一或通讯作者在ScienceAdvanced MaterialsCell MetabolismPNASDevelopmental CellProtein & Cell4)、Pharmacology & TherapeuticsiScienceJournal of Lipid Research等国际一流期刊发表SCI论文41篇,单篇最高IF 44.4,并申报了多项发明专利。主持国家科技部重点研发计划(课题负责人)、国家自然科学基金面上项目(2项)、国家青年高层次人才计划、上海市教委****、上海市科委青年科技启明星、中央高校基本科研经费等课题20余项。兼任中国细胞生物学学会会员,中国生理协会会员,中国医师协会神经修复学专业委员会下丘脑垂体专家委员会委员,中国整形美容协会干细胞研究与应用分会常务理事及青委会委员, 中国实验动物学会神经科学技术委员会委员。
