上海交大吕海涛课题组整合运用精准靶向代谢组学和遗传学整合策略(Precision-Targeted Metabolomics combined with genetic method)、结合电镜表型分析(Imaging visulization),从小分子代谢角度,在大肠杆菌生物膜体系当中精准发现和验证若干具有调控生物膜形成的功能代谢产物;并初步阐明铁载体生物合成介导的铁离子调控功能代谢物表达,进而影响生物膜形成的代谢机理。深层次机理研究,和基于功能代谢产物生物合成调控解离微生物生物膜形成的转化应用研究,正在进行中。
