KCJJ"恶性肿瘤已经成为威胁人类生命的主要杀手，也是当代生命医学研究的热点领域之一。本课程旨在从科学思维的角度，加强研究生对当今肿瘤发病学和治疗学基础的认识，更好地开展肿瘤相关问题的研究。本课程以讲座的形式，结合科学研究实践，重点讲解与肿瘤发病学和治疗学相关的几个基本问题， 包括：（1）肿瘤病因学：主要介绍化学因素、病毒和遗传因素在肿瘤发病学中的作用；（2）肿瘤相关基因：主要介绍癌基因和抑癌基因的发现、基本特点和作用机制及其研究策略；（3）细胞增殖、分化与凋亡紊乱与肿瘤的关系：主要介绍这些细胞生命活动的基本规律及其分子机制，在肿瘤发病学和治疗学上的意义；（4）肿瘤转移：主要介绍肿瘤转移的基本过程及其机制；（5）肿瘤的分子诊断基础（6）抗癌药物的发展方向。"

KCJJY"As the primary killer which threatens human life, cancers-related research has become one of the hot spot field in the life science of the time. The course “Basic Oncology” is designed to increase students’ basic backgrounds on pathogenesis and therapeutic basis of cancers from the scientific thinking perspective, and assist them to begin tumor related research work. With several lectures along with the scientific research practice, we will emphasize on the following directions:(1) Etiology of cancers, which mainly introduces the roles of chemical carcinogens, viruses and genetic factors in oncoogenesis.(2) Tumor related genes, including the discover, basic characteristics, molecular mechanism and basic strategies for research of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes.(3) Cell Proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and roles of their disorders in oncogenesis.(4) The basic process and cellular/molecular mechanisms of tumor metastasis.(5) Molecular diagnose of cancers. (6) The development of Anti-cancer drugs."
