《教育学原理与方法》通过对教育学基本理论和原理的阐述，教学基本方法和评价方法的介绍，国内外课程设置的比较，及教学过程中基本问题如：伦理问题、心理问题的探讨，为学生今后从事理论教学、实践教学和教学改革提供可借鉴的理论依据。通过本课程的教学，使学生能运用教育基本原理、教育基本方法分析和处理教育实践中的具体问题，提升学生理论素养，开阔眼界。本课程的教学活动将在传统的"课堂讲授"的基础上，结合"主题研讨"、"案例教学"和"以问题中心的讨论"等多种教学形式，强化课堂讨论与交流的作用，鼓励学生"自由研讨"与"实践运用"。在整个教学过程中，将注重增强学生教学意识的培养和提高学生从事教学活动的能力；为将来从事医学课程的设计、开发与研究；理论和临床教学工作奠定良好的基础。

The course tries to present ate the principle and methodology of education, introduce the evaluation of teaching and compare the course setting both in domestic and abroad. Some social phenomenon with psychological and ethical problems arerequired to be explained methodologically. As a fundamental course of education, it provides theories, researches and educational reform in a comprehensive way.It also assists its opinions and methodology to the other courses of education.Combined relative lectures with PBL, CBL, workshop etc, we focus on the communication on class and encourage postgraduates putting theories into the application by self-learning.After studying the course, students should understand and apply the principle and methodology of education in practical life. Postgraduates should have a good command of the basic theories, methodology. By reviewing abroad development, knowledge of latest progress should be got, awareness of participating in the teaching and ability of teaching practice should be improved. The course also helps students to lay a solid foundation for course-design, educational research, practical teaching, and educational training in medical fields.
