KCJJ"本课程重点介绍：1．实验动物标准化和法制化的主要内容。2．实验动物的遗传学和微生物学的等级分类。3．可能影响动物实验结果的遗传学、微生物学、寄生虫学、环境和饲料营养等因素。4．如何正确选择和使用标准化实验动物，进行科学实验的原则和方法。5．人类疾病动物模型的设计原则和复制方法。6．动物实验的基本技术和方法。7．在动物实验中，对实验动物的优化、减少和替代。 另外，通过一系列有关实验动物的环境检测，动物实验的麻醉、采血、注射、解剖，动物模型制作，动物血压、心率测定等基本操作实验，掌握常规动物实验的基本操作技术。医学院校硕士研究生学习这门课程，有助于了解我国实验动物工作的有关法律、法规和国家标准，了解实验动物科学的发展现状和趋势，在科学研究中正确选择和应用各类实验动物，提高动物实验技能。"

KCJJY"Main contents introduced in the course：1．Standardization and legality on laboratory animal.2．Genetically and microbiologically classification on laboratory animal.3．Genetic,microbiological,parasitic,environmental and nutritional factors influencing the outcome of animal experiment.4．Correctly choice and use of standardized laboratory animal, and the principles and methods for scientific experiment.5．Designing principles and reproducing methods for animal model of human diseases.6．Principal technologies and methods of animal experiment.7．3Rs ,replacement, reduction and refinement on animal experiment. Otherwise,a series of basic procedure experiment about environmental monitoring,anesthesia,blood sampling,injection,dissection,blood pressure and heart rate measuring and animal model reproduction were conducted. The students of medical school majoring in this graduation course, will be helpful to know the laws, rules and national standard related to laboratory animal, to know the present and future on development of laboratory animal science, correctly select and apply various kinds of laboratory animal, and promote the skills on animal experiment."
