KCJJ"药学导论是一门面向医学及医学相关各专业硕士研究生的选修课程，药学导论以药学本身为研究对象从整体的角度对药学的起源与发展，药学的各个分支学科以及对药学发展有重要意义的交叉学科进行深入浅出的介绍和引导，使学生对药学的基本知识有所了解。本课程的开设有利于提高学生综合素质，拓宽科研思路，为今后的研究工作打下良好的基础。本课程讲授内容共分9章。第一章绪论介绍药学发展史、现代药学的概念与特点、21世纪药学发展趋势。第二章药物化学主要介绍药物化学的任务，药物的结构、性质及构效关系的基本知识以及新药开发的途径和方法。第三章天然药物化学介绍天然药物化学成分结构类别、理化性质及其提取分离与纯化的基本知识。第四章药理学简介药理学研究内容：药效学、药物作用机制、药物代谢动力学，常用药物药理。第五章药物分析介绍药品质量标准、药品质量检验的基本知识和药物分析新技术。第六章中药学和生药学介绍生药品质鉴定和炮制加工的基本知识、中药基本理论、中药性能与应用的基本知识。第七章药剂和生物制药学简介药剂学的任务和内容，生物制药工程以及生物药品现状与发展前景。第八章药学统计学和第九章药事管理是对药学发展有重要意义的交叉学科 药事管理学概述、药事管理的内容和发展。"

KCJJY"Pharmacy is related to health sciences. There are many branches within the pharmaceutical sciences, such as medicinal chemistry, natural products chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutics, pharmacognosy, and biotechnology pharmaceutics. Introduction to pharmacy will make students understanding the basic pharmaceutical concepts and knowledge about various branches and the important cross-discipline of pharmacy. The main contents of this course are designed as follows. The development history of pharmacy, the concept and features of modern medicine, and the developing trend of pharmacy in the future will be introduced in prolegomenon. In chapters II~VII, students will learn the basic knowledge of the various branches of pharmacy respectively. Pharmaceutical statistics and pharmacy administration, the cross- discipline connected with the development of pharmacy, will be introduced in chapters VIII and IX."
