KCJJ"在医学科研和临床诊断中，形态学的分析及各种成像技术的不断发展使医学图像处理与分析成为医学科学中的一种重要技术和方法。随着计算机技术的发展，本课程所述图像分析技术的应用领域已从放射学、核医学发展到了诸如骨密度分析、骨关节诊疗、肿瘤诊疗、口腔颌面诊疗、整形外科、鼻外科等需有X摄片、CT、MRI、PET、超声等影像检测技术辅助的临床医学，以及解剖、病理切片、免疫细胞分析等需电子显微技术的基础医学领域。本课程面向医学专业学生，以培养医学研究生了解掌握信息技术在医学科学研究和临床实践中的最新应用，理性运用现有的资料、工具与处理技术解决自身医学研究问题为目标，建立医学研究人员与工程技术人员之间的共同语言，为多学科交叉合作研究创造条件。本课程的教学以介绍图像处理分析技术在医学领域中的应用为主，避免理论公式中的推导，为学生在专业领域内运用图像处理与分析技术打下一定的理论基础。采取交互式教学模式，倡导学生结合自身专业特点有针对性地学习、思考、查询及讨论。本课程的考试方式采取综合研究报告与开卷考试相结合的方式。"

KCJJY"With the development of morphology analysis and imaging technique in medical research and clinical diagnosis, medical image processing and analysis becomes an important technique in medical science.With the rapid development of computer science, the image analysis indicated by this course has already been applied not only in the files of radiology, unclear medicine but also in the areas of clinical medicine which needs the support of X-ray, CT, MRI, PET ,ultrasonic such as bone mineral density, osteoarthritis, cancer ,oral and maxillofacial , plastic surgery and paranasal sinus surgery and in the fields of basic medicine which need the support of electron microscopy such as anatomy, pathological section and immune cell analysis.This course is mainly set for the medical students with the aim of realizing and mastering the newest IT application in medical research and clinic, using references, tools and skills to solve medical problem rationally and setting up common language between medical researcher and engineer for multi-subject cooperation.In-class introduction of medical image processing may be heavy so that students will get theoretical basis of medical image process and analysis. Avoid deduction of theoretic formula. Alternative teaching will be the main parts for this course. Encourage students to study, think and discuss combined with their specialty.
