KCJJ"人体断层解剖学是研究人体正常断面形态结构及其相关功能的科学，是为适应X线计算机断层成像、超声成像、磁共振成像等现代影像技术的迅速发展及其在临床的广泛应用而兴起的一门临床应用基础科学，属于应用解剖学的范畴。因此，断层解剖学是人体解剖学与医学影像学之间的桥梁学科，是学习医学影像学及其后续课程的先修课程。由于人体断层解剖学以研究人体正常断面为目的，从而，在人体断层解剖学中，不仅可通过其断层原位显示人体各部分结构或器官的断面形态、位置及其毗邻关系，而且可通过其连续断层观察或借助计算机重建整体形态及空间配布，从而熟悉其整体形态及其变化规律。因此，学习人体断层解剖学，掌握其正常断面形态学特征，能为学习医学影像学、正确地辨认或识别临床各种影像学检查奠定形态学基础。本课程共20学时，应用PowerPoint课件授课，其内采用选择性断层的示意图、实物标本照片和适当的CT、MRI和超声影像图片。授课重点放在识别和掌握颅脑、胸部的肺和纵隔、腹部实质性器官在选择性断面上的形态、位置及其毗邻关系，并对盆部、脊柱区和四肢亦作一些介绍。"

KCJJY"Human sectional anatomy is a science dealing with the human sectional structure and its function. It is a basic academic subject in clinical application which is growing up to adapt to the rapid development and extensive application of modern medical imaging technologies such as X-ray computed tomography (CT), ultrasound imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and so on. This academic subject belongs to the category of applied anatomy. Therefore, The sectional anatomy is a bridging academic subject related with human anatomy and medical imaging, and a prerequisite course for medical imaging and its immersion course.Human normal sectional structure is studied in human sectional anatomy. The original section of sectional anatomy can show not only the sectional formation, position and relations of every structure or organ of human, but also the whole formation and structure of three dimensions for human by the observation of continuous original sections or the rebuilding technology of computer in order to know about and research into the whole structure formation and the changing regulation of the structure for human. Therefore, the basic morphological knowledge can be established through studying the human sectional anatomy and holding the morphological characteristics of human normal section.This course will spend 20 teaching hours. The teaching way of PowerPoint courseware is adopted in the course. Some pictures of selected human section, many photographs of human specimen and proper pictures from X-ray computed tomography (CT), ultrasound imaging and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which are shown in the PowerPoint courseware. The emphases of the course are in knowing and identifying the formation, position and relations of skull, lung and mediastinum in the thorax, and parenchymatous organs in the abdomen in the selected human sections. The pelvis, vertebral region and limbs are also introduced in this course."
