课程内容简介(英文) KCJJY"Immunological techniques have broad applications in the field of life science research including basic and clinical medicine. The courses introduce immunological techniques with profiles, basic theory, basic skills and basic operation through theories and experiments in the form of a combination of classes. There are three classes about Immunotechnology including: part I, outlined; part II, preparation of antigen and antibody: 1. antigen preparation, 2. antibody preparation (polyclonal antibody, monoclonal antibody, genetic engineering antibody), 3. antibody labeling; part III, techniques based on antigen-antibody interactions: 1. serum method 2. immunolabeling techniques (isotopes, enzymes, fluorescence, lanthanum, chemiluminescence, metal); part IV, analysis of immune function : 1. separation, analysis and culture of immune cells, 2. detection of CD molecules and analysis of immune cell subgroups, 3. assay of cytokine, 4. immune cell function testing, 5. detection of cell apoptosis, 6.experimental animal models.Learning of these classes make students get a general understanding for immunological techniques such as content, application, technical elements, matters needing attention .A total of seven experimental classes provide practical opportunities of operation that enable students to experience the technical operation course:Experiment I, extraction and purification of immunoglobulinExperiment II, identification of immunoglobulin(double gel diffusion, immunoelectrophoresis)Experiment III, preparation, purification and identification of fluorescein labeled antibodiesExperiment IV, ELISAExperiment V, separation and identification of peripheral mononuclear blood cellExperiment VI, detection of lymphocyte surface antigen, analysis of immune cell subgroups (FACs method)Experiment VII, complement dependent cytotoxicity test" |
