课程内容简介(英文) "Tumor and Immunity is a branch of immunology which combines immunology and oncology. This course describes the relationships between tumor occurrence, development and metastasis mechanisms and host immune system., and how to interfere, prevent and treat tumor through the application of principles of immunology. In addition, this course introduces the basic research development of Tumor Immunology and clinical application overview at present. .This course’s education aims at understanding the relationships between tumor and immune system and guiding related discipline’s basic research and clinical application. We stress on the introduction of the immune biological properties of tumor antigens, and how to increase the tumor diagnosis and therapy by immune interfering. This course includes nine chapters. Chapter 1 is immune biological characteristics of tumor antigens; Chapter 2 is the classification and properties of tumor antigens; Chapter 3 is the identification of tumor antigens; Chapter 4 is the effector mechanisms of immune system to tumor; Chapter 5 is immune surveillance theory and the tumor evasion mechanisms of immune; Chapter 6 is the clinical application of the tumor markers and tumor diagnosis; Chapter 7 is immunotherapy for tumor; Chapter 8 is genetherapy for tumor; Chapter 9 is relevant technologies of tumor immunology.
