KCJJ"试验设计是科学研究的依据和指南。试验设计不仅可节约大量的人力、物力、财力和时间，使科研工作达到经济、高效，同时也可反映科学研究的科学性和严谨性，是确保科研成果的科学性和可靠性的重要保证。“试验设计原理与方法”一课几十年来由金正均教授开设并主讲，深受学生和临床医生的好评，被评为国家优秀课程，金教授主编的教材《试验设计原理与方法》获全国优秀教材一等奖。为适应当代科研发展的需要，“医学实验设计与分析”一课在原来的基础上进行修改、补充，并增加了新的内容。本课程面向研究生教育，主要介绍医学试验设计的基本理论及方法。课程内容包括实验设计的基本要素、实验设计的原则（对照原则，随机原则，重复原则）、实验误差及误差的控制、常用的几种实验设计方法（完全随机设计，配对设计，配伍组设计，拉丁方设计，交叉设计，析因实验设计，正交实验设计，重复测量设计）、药物相互作用分析、新药临床研究、生物等效性分析、Meta-分析、实验数据(定量资料，定性资料及等级资料)的统计处理等。课程结合医学临床研究及基础研究的特点，为解决医学研究中常见的问题提供解决方法，具较好的适用性。同时，通过对误用统计方法的个案分析，加深对统计原理的理解及运用。通过理论课和实验课使学生掌握与医学研究相关的统计基础知识，使其具备一定的科研课题设计以及研究结果处理分析能力，从而更好适应研究生的课题教育，利于创新型人才的培养。"

KCJJY"Design is the primary foundation and guide of science experiment. It can save human labor, time and money, and it guarantees the efficacy and reliability of research work. Based on the well-received course taught by professor Jin-zhengjun, this course has made some new supplement and improvement.This graduate course provides basic theories and approaches for medical experimental design. The main content of the course includes: key factors of experimental design, basic rules (control, randomization, replication) of experimental design, analysis of error, types of design (involving randomized design, paired design, Latin square design, cross-over design, factorial design, orthogonal design, repeated measurement design), drug combined effect analysis, new drug clinical trials, bioequivalence analysis, meta-analysis, and statistical analysis of different data (quantitative data, qualitative data, ranked data) and so on. It engages in solving practical problems of medical experiment both in basic and clinical research area. And by analyzing the misused example, it will help students to have a good understanding of basic principles of statistics. Aiming at foster the creative talent, the course will greatly facilitate students in their research design and improve their practical problem-solving skills and abilities."
