KCJJ 本课程系统地介绍了卫生保健系统的结构和组成。概述如何评价卫生保健的最终绩效，中间过程目标，提出了改善卫生服务系统绩效的关键控制点。应用所述理论分析了一些国家的卫生服务系统的绩效，包括英国、美国、澳大利亚以及亚洲一些国家。本课程是为卫生管理、公共管理、工商管理、预防医学以及医学专业学生设计。该课程第一章概述了卫生系统及其绩效评价指标：健康、筹资风险保护和反应性；第二章概述卫生服务系统的过程目标；第三章分析了改善卫生服务系统最终绩效的五个关键控制点：筹资、支付、组织、管制和社会营销；其余各章评价一些国家的卫生服务系统绩效。

KCJJY This course is an introductory of health care system. The contents includes the description of health care system: its structure and organization, and how to evaluate the performance of health care system, what the process aim of health care system tries to reach at, and the key control knobs to improve the performance of health care system. The performances of some country health care systems such as UK, USA, Australia and some Asia countries are evaluated by using above theory. Its intended audiences are students of health administration, public and business administration, public health, medicine and etc. The course structure is as follow: The first chapter of the course introduces the performance indicators of health care system: health status, financial risk protection and the responsiveness; the second chapter analyzes the process aims: cost containment, equity, efficiency, quality and access; the third chapter analyzes the five control knobs to improve the performance of health care system; the following chapters evaluate some countries health care system.
