临床流行病学研究人群中疾病与健康及其影响分布的因素，从而制定疾病防治策略。本课程的目的是通过教学使学生掌握临床流行病学的基本理论和原则，能应用流行病学方法开展有关临床研究，掌握研究的设计、质量控制、资料分析与评价方法，并能对临床研究文献的质量进行科学的评价。本课程介绍常用的流行病学研究的基本原理与方法，包括描述性研究、病例对照研究、队列研究、临床试验、诊断试验评价，重点介绍临床医学的研究设计与评价方法、病因研究的方法、各种偏倚的控制与分析、临床经济学评价、Mata分析、循证医学等在临床科研中的应用等。临床科研的设计、衡量、评价（DME）方法是临床流行病学的重要内容，本课程将通过案例分析的方法介绍病因研究、临床试验、诊断试验、预后评价等研究的评价标准，以提高临床研究的科学性和准确性。

Clinical epidemiology is a subject in order to make strategy for disease prevention and cure by studying disease, health and the factors affecting their distribution. This course will help the students to get the basic theory and principle of clinical epidemiology and do clinical research with epodemiology methods. The students can also obtain the methods of design, quality control, data analysis and evaluation, and they can appraise the quality of clinical literature scientifically. This course will introduce the basic principle and method normally used in epidemiologic research, which including descriptive study, case-control study, cohort study, clinical trial, diagnose test evaluation, and emphasis on method of design and evaluation in clinical research, aetiological research, bias control and analysis, clinical economics evaluation, Meta analysis, evidence-based medicine using in clinical research. The method of design, measurement and evaluation of clinical research is an important part in clinical epidemiology. This course will introduce the appraising standard of aetiological research, clinical trail, diagnose test, prognosis evaluation by case analysis, which is to make the clinical research more scientifically and exactly.
