KCJJ"超声医学是现代医学的重要组成部分，是一门科技含量极高的新兴医学学科。它与放射医学、核医学具有等同的学术和社会地位，共同组成了现代医学影像学。本课程包括超声物理基础、诊断基础、心脏血管疾病的超声诊断。重点介绍了心血管系统的正常和异常超声图像典型特征，并介绍新技术包括三维超声成像、超声声学造影及介入性超声等的应用前景。根据超声医学发展迅速的特点，本课程制定了详细的教学计划，并根据超声新技术不断地完善课程，尽可能实现影像医学教学的人性化和数字化。本课程还将多媒体、网络等信息技术手段与课堂教学作了有机的整合，并设计一系列电子教案，并通过开发集声频、视频为一身的多媒体课件和超声教育题库系统，进一步发挥教学特长。 本课程为学生对超声的实时动态图像及上机操作提供了良好条件，将便携式彩超仪带进课堂直接应用于授课过程中，使同学们有机会接触彩色超声诊断仪，以增加对本课程的感性认识。此外，利用病例分析讨论辅以学员提问的方式进行互动，更全面地掌握各疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断要点及临床应用价值，同时调动同学的积极性，培养学生主动参与、乐于探究和勤于动手的好习惯，鼓励学生积极参与这一综合性、创新性实验和研究型课程。"

KCJJY"Ultrasonography has the same academic and social position as radiology and nuclear medicine, it’s new and developing with its high technology content, forming an important part of modern medical imaging.Ultrasonic medical course consist of several parts as follows: fondation of ultrasound, basic diagnostic, cardiac and vascular ultrasound. Our course put emphasis on ultrasound features of common cardio-vascular diseases, as well as advanced techniques such as the three-dimension ultrasonography, ultrasound acoustic contrast, interventional ultrasound and their great application value .We’ve built a project of ultrasonic medicine course and consummate it continuously to follow the pace of its rapid development and existence of new techniques. To realize a humanization and digitization of our medical imaging education system, we teach ultrasonography not only in classroom, but also through internet, by means of multimedia or information technology. Series of education proposal are suggested, varies type of courseware are designed, which contain audio and video information，including a library of exercises, in the format of multimedia files. We think much of integrating theory together with practice, on emphasizing the real-time feature of ultrasonography, we bring logic-book to classroom, providing an on-site teaching progress for intern students, for the sake of improving their perceptual knowledge and innovative ability. Most importantly, we will communicate with students by the way of discussion the clinical case with them, so as to lead them to a good understanding of ultrasound diagnosis, differentiated diagnosis of common dieases."
