课程内容简介

80年代以来随着彩色多普勒超声和经阴道超声在妇产科广泛应用,不仅在形态学的观察水平上有了很大提高,而且由于增加了血流信息,实现了“形态学-血流动力学”相结合的联合诊断,提高了诊断水平。三维超声成像、超声声学造影、介入性超声等新技术在妇产科中的研究应用,进一步拓宽了超声在妇产科的应用范围,近年来,妇产科超声已经勿庸置疑地成为妇科疾病地首选方法。本课程重点介绍妇科常见疾病和正常、异常妊娠的超声图像典型特征,并介绍新技术包括三维超声成像、超声声学造影及介入性超声等在妇产科的应用及应用前景。课堂讲课为主,利用多媒体手段、图文并茂,突出实时动态超声影像特征。结合临床病史、疾病的病理及病理生理过程和超声物理基础及超声诊断基础知识要求学员们充分理解和掌握正常和异常妊娠以及妇科常见疾病的超声图像特征。利用病例分析讨论辅以学员提问的方式进行互动,更全面地掌握各疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断要点及临床应用价值。"

课程内容简介(英文)

KCJJY"With the development and application of colour Doppler flow imaging and trans-vaginal ultrasound in the department of obstetrics and gynecology since the 1980s, the image definition of organ morphology has improved greatly. With the addition of the signal of blood flow , we have made the diagnosis combined of the “morphology andblood dynamic” come true. At the same time, the further development and applicationof the three-dimension ultrasound, ultrasound acoustic contrast and intervention ultra-sound in this field ,we have broaden the range of the application of the ultrasound andimproved the level of diagnosis. Undoubtedly, the ultrasonic has become the first measure in the diagnosis of the gynecological diseases. Our lesson put emphasis on the introducing of the classic image features of common gynecological diseases, of normal and abnormal pregnancy as well as the advanced technique including the three-dimension ultrasonic, ultrasound acoustic contrast, interventional ultrasound and their great application value .We will teach the lesson by the way of multimedia, so we can emphasize the real-time features of the ultrasonic images. By combining the clinical history , pathologyand pathophysiology of diseases with the physics basis of ultrasound , the basalknowledge of ultrasonic diagnosis, we will make it easy for the students to have a good command of the knowledge. Most importantly, we will communicate with students by the way of discussion the clinical case with them, so as to make the students have good understanding of the diagnosis , differentiated diagnosis of thesedieases."
