课程内容简介

KCJJ本课程教授分子内分泌学在基础与临床的主要进展及分子生物学、细胞生物学技术在内分泌代谢病研究领域中的应用,如基因组扫描技术、基因表达谱的差异分析、蛋白纯化技术等。教学方法以课堂教学为主,实验演示为辅。通过本课程要求学生掌握内分泌疾病如糖尿病、甲状腺、垂体、肾上腺疾病、骨质疏松症的诊断和治疗,掌握分子生物学及细胞生物学技术在内分泌疾病研究领域的应用。教学重点为分子内分泌学的基本理论和若干最新研究进展,包括内分泌学若干进展、激素和内分泌等基本概念、内分泌生理中若干观点、激素作用机理的研究、激素测定方法、若干内分泌疾病的分子病因和发病机制、内分泌疾病诊断方法。主要课程内容为:糖尿病慢性并发症的致病机理,分子遗传、基因结构变异的影响和背景,多种环境、后天因素的干预和作用,基因背景和临床表现,分子生物学技术在内分泌领域的应用,甲状腺激素受体研究进展,肥胖症的流行因素、危害性及防治对策,高脂血症的诊断和治疗,抗利尿激素研究进展,基因突变所致内分泌疾病,蛋白质纯化技术及其在内分泌领域中的应用,2型糖尿病易感基因定位克隆研究新进展,原发性骨质疏松症的诊断和治疗。

课程内容简介(英文)

KCJJYOur course provides the latest progressions in molecular and cell biologcial technologies with their applications in the field of endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as genomic and proteomic scaning, gene differential expression analysing and profound gene function study etc. It is taken mainly by talking in classroom as well as hands-on in labs. The students are asked to apprehend the diagonsis and management for main endocrine diseases, like diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, thyroid, puitary, and adrenal gland disorders; to learn the application of cell and molecular techniques in fields of endocrine diseases. Focus of this course is on the basic thesis and the latest progression in molecular endocrinology, including basic conceptions and novel developing of physiological mechanism, testing methodology for hormones, molecular pathogenesis and diagnostic measurements of main endocrine diseases. Main content of this course is including : effections of gene structrue variation with different enviroments and after natal intervening on endocrine and metabolic diseases, as well as with the relations between genotype and clinical phenotype; the pathogenesis and molecular genetics of chronic diabetic complication; progressions in thyriod hormome receptor study; epidemic factors and managements of therapy and prevention in obese disease; progressions in study of argine-vasopressin ; diagnose and management of hyperlipidemia , primary osteoporosis and endocrine diseases caused by single gene mutation ; application of molecular biology in fields of endocrine field, like protein purificaion techinque, site cloning of diabetic candidate genes.
