课程内容简介

为反映近几年生命科学的飞速发展和满足研究生以及广大医学工作者的需要,我们开设了"医学分子生物学"课程。本课程选用科学出版社的陈诗书、汤学明主编的"医学细胞与分子生物学"作为教科书。本课程由四部分内容组成,近年来在细胞生物学和分子生物学领域的科研中,涌现了许多新技术方法,我们适当选择一些有代表的技术方法归于第一部分。近年来生物大分子已向基因组学、蛋白质组学、RNA组学等深入发展,对小分子非信使RNA,特别是siRNA 和微RNA的研究进展也十分迅速,这些新发展反映在第二部分中。第三部分仍然围绕分子遗传学的新进展。第四部分则以讲座的形式进行,它反映的细胞生物学与分子生物学发展的前沿及研究热点,部分课又是邀请国内外的专家来讲授,因此每学年的专题不完全相同,其中几个相对稳定的专题包括分子免疫学,肿瘤的分子基础,基因诊断学及基因治疗的基础,干细胞、转基因动物和生物信息学在分子生物学中的应用等。本课程的学习将使基础医学和医学研究生以及广大医学工作者对分子生物学的基础知识和研究进展有初步的了解,并为在医学分子生物学领域的进一步研究打下坚实的基础。

课程内容简介(英文)

To reflect the rapid development of life sciences in recent years and to meet the needs of graduate students and general doctors, we created the course" Medical Molecular Biology". We selected "medical cell & molecular biology"(Shi-Shu Chen and Xue-Mine Tang, second edition) as the textbook.The whole course comprises four parts. In recent years, many new techniques were emerged in the field of cell biology and molecular biology. So in the first part we introduce some representative biological techniques. The study of biological large molecules developed rapidly to form Genomics, Proteomics, and RNomics in past several years, And small non-Messenger RNA, particularly micro-RNA and siRNA were also become the focus of recent research. These new developments compose the second part. The third part focused on the new progresses of molecular genetics. The last part is in the form of seminars, which pay attention to the latest progresses and hotspots of research in the scope of cell biology and molecular biology. In this part we invite domestic and foreign experts to teach some classes, therefore not exactly the same topics every years. Several relatively fixed topics includes molecular immunology, molecular basis of tumor, gene diagnosis and gene therapy, stem cells, transgenic animals and application of bioinformatics in molecular biology.The course provides medical graduate students and doctors with an understanding of the fundamental principles of molecular biology and a solid foundation for their further research work.
