本课程主要介绍薄膜的制造技术与薄膜物理的基础内容，系统介绍薄膜的基本理论。主要内容包含各种薄膜的制备技术和监控与测试技术、薄膜的生长过程和形成机理、薄膜的结构及特性等，并尽可能反映现在薄膜科学与技术方面的新进展。

The manufacture and physics of thin film will be introduced in this course, and basic theory will be narrated detailedly. The primary content consist of the thin film manufacture technology, controlling and measurement technology, the growth process and formational mechanism of thin film, and the structure and characteristic of thin film. If possible, the latest development of thin film science and technology will be introduced.
