上海交通大学化学化工学院化学系任吉存老师介绍

任吉存教授 (博士),博士生导师, 安徽省安庆市人。1994年于武汉大学获得分析化学专业博士学位。1994年7 月1996年3 月任湖南师范大学化学系副教授,并在湖南医科大学姚开泰院士指导下从事博士后研究工作。1996 年3 月至2000 年3月在挪威Bergen大学参加欧共体重大基金项目研究,1997年破格晋升教授。2001年起任上海交通大学化学化工学院教授,博士生导师。在国内外权威及核心期刊如 Human Mutation,Analytical Chemistry, Clinical Chemistry, Electrophoresis,Chemical Communication, Journal of Chromatography A, Analytical Biochemistry 等发表论文70余篇,参与美国Humana 出版Capillary Electrophoresis of Nucleic Acids撰写工作。现任中国仪器学会微分析仪器专业委员会委员, 生命科学研究杂志编委,国际核心期刊: JACS, Anal. Chem.,Clin. Chem., Anal. Biochem., Anal. Chim. Acta, Biotech.审稿人。

研究方向
生物分析化学与代谢组学。主要包括: 高效毛细管电泳、微流控芯片,高灵敏微体积检测器,激光诱导荧光单细胞及单分子检测, 纳米生物技术,高灵敏高通量代谢物分析新方法(色-质联用)。

目前主持的研究项目主要包括:国家自然科学基金重点项目(1项), 国家自然科学基金重大研究计划(1项),国家自然科学基金面上项目(1项),863 重大专项(1项), 上海市农委重大攻关项目(1项), 上海市自然科学基金项目(1项), 教育部及人事部留学归国人员启动基金项目(各1项)及与挪威Bergen大学合作项目等(1项)。
