重要手性先导化合物的绿色制造



活性天然产物的生物合成途径和合成生物学研究






以实现重要手性先导化合物的绿色制造为目标，通过挖掘和定向进化获得适配的酶学催化剂，辅助以简单的化学合成，大幅度缩短重要手性先导化合物的生产步骤，降低生产成本和环境污染


以发展先导化合物结构多样化为目标，对活性天然产物的生物合成途径进行解析，结合合成生物学手段对目标分子进行定向改造；阐明生物合成途径中涉及的新反应的酶学机理，为先导化合物绿色制造提供基础
