Welcome to the SJTU Cardiac MRI Lab Homepage!

Hi there, my name is Chenxi (胡晨曦). I am a Tenure-Track Associate Professor at the Biomedical Engineering Department at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), one of the best institutions in China. I am also an Engineer and MR physicist, who develops state-of-the-art MRI techniques for scientific and diagnostic purposes.

My research interest (also my greatest passion) spans from development of novel pulse sequences, image reconstruction & processing methods, contrast mechanisms, to application of MRI & machine learning to aid or improve clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular disease. The ultimate goal of my research is to develop improved  MR imaging and data analysis tools that lead to sensitive, fast, and robust assessment of cardiovascular diseases and improved patient care.

The website is under continuous update so please be sure to revisit!
