个人简介
张文甲,现任上海交通大学“区域光纤通信网与新型光通信系统”国家重点实验室副教授,硕士生导师。北京邮电大学本科(2007)和博士(2012),美国哥伦比亚大学联合培养博士,美国麻省理工学院访问科学家(2012),新加坡麻省理工联合研究院博士后(2014),曾任 Finisar 公司高级光学工程师(2016)。长期从事集成光互连与光计算方向研究,累计发表学术论文50多篇,特邀报告5次,授权国家发明专利 4 项,授权美国专利 1 项。主持国家重点研发计划课题、子课题,国家自然科学基金项目,华为创新研究项目等。

研究方向
1. 集成光互连
面向高性能计算系统的高速、大容量、低功耗光互连器件和系统,聚焦垂直腔面激光器(VCSEL),开展高速激光器建模、光子光子相互作用、非线性链路均衡算法压缩及实时化和集成封装设计等方向研究。
2. 集成光计算
面向大规模的人工智能应用场景,聚焦光子卷积神经网络处理器,开展时频交织光子矩阵乘加运算机制和新型光子卷积神经网络处理器计算体系构架等方向研究。
