个人简介
电子工程系,副研究员。2010年获西北工业大学学士学位,2015年获华中科技大学博士学位。2015年8月任上海交通大学助理研究员,2019年1月任上海交通大学副研究员。研究方向为硅基光子集成、模式偏振复用、光波导及微腔器件的基础与应用,高精度的半导体微纳加工技术,包括电子束曝光、干法刻蚀等工艺。发表SCI期刊论文35篇,其中第一/通信作者SCI期刊论文19篇,发表国际会议论文31篇,其中第一/通信作者会议论文11篇,授权/申请中国发明专利5项,PCT国际发明专利1项。主持国家自然科学面上项目1项、青年基金1项、重点基金子课题1项,上海市硅光子市级重大专项子课题1项,中兴光电子和中科院产学研项目2项,国家重点实验室课题2项。
