个人简介

严正（教授、博士生导师）上海交通大学电工与计算机科学系学士学位，清华大学电机工程系博士学位。1991年至2004年在中国科学院系统科学研究所工作，其间曾出访日本茨城大学系统工程系（1995-1996）与美国康乃尔大学电机工程系（1997-2001），香港大学电机与电子工程系（2001-2004）。从2004年9月开始受聘为上海交通大学电气工程系教授。曾获中国科学院自然科学三等奖一项、国家教委科技进步二等奖两项、北京市科技进步一等奖一项。主要研究方向：电力系统动态分析与计算，最优化理论在电力市场的应用。
