个人简介

1996年毕业于中国科学技术大学高分子科学与工程系，同年被免试保送中国科学院化学研究所读研，1999年获得硕士学位后，继续在中科院化学所攻读博士学位。2000年10月，由中国科学院公派到美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）进行了一年的学习和交流，研究方向为高性能的聚合物电致发光器件，2002年获理学博士学位。随后赴德国德累斯顿工业大学应用光物理研究所KarlLeo教授研究组从事博士后的工作，研究重点为低电压、高效率的有机小分子发光二极管。2006年，以高级科学家的身份进入NovaledAG公司任项目主管，从事用于显示及照明设备的白光OLED的研究和开发工作。2010年11月加盟上海交通大学显示与照明中心，主要研究重心为有机光电功能材料与器件，包括有机发光二极管（OLED）、有机光伏电池（OPV）和有机薄膜晶体管（OTFT）等。
