个人简介

薛庆水，男，工学博士。1971年9月出生于山东郓城。1995年7月毕业于山东师范大学计算机科学与技术系，获理学学士学位。1998年9月至2000年12月，在山东大学计算机系计算机应用技术专业攻读硕士学位，研究方向为计算机网络。2000年12月，获山东大学工学硕士学位，同年，被评为讲师。2004年被破格评为副教授。2002年4月考入上海交通大学计算机科学与工程系，在计算机软件与理论专业攻读博士学位，研究方向为网络安全与密码学。在攻读博士学位期间，2003年和2004年连续两年获得光华奖学金。博士毕业后，即留校工作。2007年度和2009年度上海交通大学年度考核优秀。2008年和2009年连续两年获学院海润优秀教学科研奖。2009年获上海交通大学第十二届优秀教材一等奖。2004年以来主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，作为骨干研究人员参加了包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目及A3项目、国家教育部高等学校博士点基金、华为高校科技基金、国家863计划、上海市科委基础研究重点项目、上海科技兴贸计划项目等在内的10余项国家级、省部级项目的研究工作。所参加的课题项目都以“优”或“特优”的结题评价由主管部门所验收。因科研突出，2007年被上海市人民政府授予上海市自然科学二等奖（第3完成人）。所在的研发团队也因此被教育部授予2009年度“****和创新团队发展计划”创新团队。目前为JournalofSystemsandSoftware、InformationSciences、Informatica、Computers&Security、SecurityandCommunicationNetworks、P2PNetworking&Applications、软件学报、计算机科学技术学报、电子学报、计算机研究与发展、电子与信息学报、计算机学报等期刊审稿专家，系国家863项目专家库成员、国家242信息安全计划专家库成员、中国密码学会会员、中国计算机学会会员等。同时，还作为ICINA2011reviewer、ICNECS2011reviewer、VTC2011reviewer、ICCASM2010Reviewer、PDCAT2004reviewer、CHINACOM2007Reviewer、NSS2007Reviewer等。2004年以来在JournalofComputationalandAppliedMathematics、中国科学、Informatica、JournalofCommunicationandComputer等杂志及国际学术会议上发表学术论文30余篇，其中，SCI检索8篇，EI检索17篇，ISTP检索4篇,被引用60次以上。主编教材二部，参编教材多部。曾多次参加国际、国内的学术会议，并作为部分workshop的workingsession的Chair或Co-Chair。
