个人简介

副教授、博士生导师。1999年复旦大学电子工程系本科；2003年香港科技大学电子与电机工程系博士。2003.08~2004.08在香港应用科技研究院(HK-ASTRI)任专业研究员。2004.08~2007.12在新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程系任助理教授。2008年1月被引进上海交通大学。获2009年IEEE通信学会亚太区杰出青年研究者奖(IEEEComSocAsia-PacificOutstandingYoungResearcherAward2009)；入选2011年教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、2009年上海市浦江人才、2008年上海市“晨光计划”；2008年上海交通大学“晨星青年学者奖励计划”SMC优秀青年教师奖获得者；获2009～2010年上海交通大学“教学新秀”称号、2010年上海交通大学横山亮次优秀论文奖；也曾获2005年新加坡工程师协会出版奖。目前正担任IEEECommunicationsLetter和IEEEWirelessCommunicationsLetters期刊编委；曾于2007-2011年担任过IEEETrans.onWirelessCommunications编委。多次担任INFOCOM,ICC,GLOBECOM,WCNC等IEEE国际会议的技术程序委员会委员。主攻方向为协作通信、物理层网络编码、资源分配、物理层安全，MIMO等。已在IEEE重要期刊上发表论文30余篇，在IEEE国际权威性会议上发表论文50余篇。持美国专利3项。更多信息请见个人主页http://iwct.sjtu.edu.cn/Personal/mxtao/
